In changing the sales philosophy to marketing philosophy, the Customer Satisfactions are the major factor in winning customers and outperforming competitors. In general, whether the buyer is satisfied after purchase depends on the offer's performance in relation to the buyer's expectation. In other word, "Satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment resulting from comparing a product's perceived performance (or outcome) in relation to his or her expectations.
WSEE should raise its expectations and delivery performance in order to achieve the Total Customer Satisfaction. The key in generating high customer loyalty is to deliver high customer value. Also, quality of the product and services is the totality of features and characteristics that bear it ability to satisfy stated or implied needs by the customers.
In addition to track customer value expectations and satisfaction, WSEE needs to monitor their market competitors' performance in these areas. WSEE shall deliver a higher rate of the customer increasing expectation and satisfaction by outperform the competitors.
